- To assist in monitoring and supporting the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that operational workflows across departments comply with internal quality guidelines and local medical device regulations.
- To support product complaint and adverse event handling by collecting baseline field data and managing quality documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- To maintain administrative readiness and update proof documentation to systematically support regular inspections by the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) and local internal audits.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Operational Support for QMS & SOP Monitoring

- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and archiving of the latest cross-functional SOPs to ensure field staff are informed.
- Assist in monitoring baseline quality data and drafting routine reports to ensure internal workflows run smoothly from an organizational perspective.

2 . Baseline Support for Complaint & Non-Conformity Handling

- Actively collect and organize essential field data, device logs, and initial reports when product complaints or adverse events occur.
- Assist senior staff in executing basic non-conforming product controls (e.g., product isolation, labeling) and track whether determined CAPA actions are carried out at the site.

3. Routine Internal Quality & Compliance Monitoring

- Perform regular checklist-based checks regarding medical device importer and distributor obligations (e.g., warehouse temperature logs, traceable device records).
- Provide administrative support during internal quality audits to identify operational gaps and maintain compliance records.
- Routinely update and organize verification documents (asset registers, device maintenance histories, office location certificates) required for NHIS regular audits.
- Provide seamless clerical and administrative support on-site during official government and NHIS audits.

4.Training support & Others

- Support internal quality and compliance training for others
- Other project assigned by manager

Are you a MATCH?

- At least 1 year of experience in the medical device and home healthcare industry

- Major in Biomedical engineering, Medical Engineering, Nursing, etc. are preferred. - Good planning/organizing skills to set up the priorities in a concurrent fashion

- Logical and strategic thoughts, good problem solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail / Positive and proactive

- Intermediate level in English communication skill
