Position Summary:

The Manager, Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM) Operations reports to the Senior Manager of ETPRM Operations. The Manager will be an integral member of the team tasked with monitoring and implementing compliance with ETPRM requirements throughout the CVS Health Enterprise. They will serve as an advocate for the ETPRM program and influence operational risk management practices across the organization. This position will work independently, as well as in collaboration with colleagues from across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Security, Information Governance & Privacy, Compliance, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, AI, Internal Audit, Legal, Procurement, etc.) to define and synthesize ETPRM process requirements, translate to program design, and support needs related to the ETPRM process and solution.
  • Support ETPRM team members with communications to increase awareness and engagement and set expectations with Business Owners and stakeholders.
  • Act as the initial point of triage for escalation requests from Business Owners concerning the ETPRM process, working independently and with others to recognize and resolve issues.
  • Monitor business adherence to and compliance with ETPRM requirements, including risk identification and mitigation/resolution.
  • Lead ETPRM Operational program evolution and maturation initiatives, supporting in the creation of risk dashboards and KRIs.
  • Assist with enhancing current ETPRM intake activities related to inherent risk questionnaires, providing support to requestors, while ensuring an accurate representation of third-party service activities that can be relied upon by program stakeholders.
  • Support the ETPRM team in building relationships and influencing others across various departments and lines of business.
  • Effectively and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests from all levels and departments within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant risk or assurance experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate complex information at multiple levels of the organization
  • Effectively and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests from all levels and departments within the organization.
  • Experience in a project based role, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management, program/project management, and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process.
  • Experience using Archer, Ariba, ServiceNow
  • People leadership experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
