About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager, Monetization to shape and execute the monetization strategy for Highrise. This is a unique opportunity to own the development and optimization of a dynamic virtual economy, driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional experiences to millions of players.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of monetization systems, partner with cross-functional teams to integrate these systems seamlessly, and leverage data insights to continuously improve performance. Your role will also include staying ahead of trends in live-service games, testing innovative ideas, and fostering a balance between commercial success and player satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute monetization strategies tailored to social and live-service environments, focusing on avatar customization, virtual goods, and premium experiences.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage player data to understand purchasing behaviors, refine pricing models, and identify opportunities for improved revenue generation.
In-App Economy Management: Oversee the design, balance, and evolution of the virtual economy, ensuring alignment with player progression, content cadence, and social engagement.
Collaboration: Partner with design, content, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate monetization features into the player experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in live-service games, social apps, and virtual goods to propose innovative monetization features.
A/B Testing: Design and analyze experiments to optimize conversion rates, user retention, and average revenue per user (ARPU).
Live Operations Support: Ensure that live events and seasonal updates are monetization-friendly without compromising player trust.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in product management or monetization management, with 2+ shipped titles in live-service games or social apps.
Skillset: Proven ability to manage and optimize virtual economies in a live-service environment.
Player-Centric Focus: Strong understanding of social and player-driven monetization systems.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Passion: Enthusiasm for social apps and games-as-a-service models.
