As we continue to scale our engineering presence in Belgrade, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Stake DevOps team and help build, operate, and evolve systems used by millions of users worldwide.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, solving real production challenges, and working closely with engineering teams to enable fast, reliable, and secure delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

As a DevOps Engineer at Easygo, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines, with a strong focus on reliability and production readiness. You’ll work closely with software engineers, platform teams, and security to ensure our systems are highly available, observable, and resilient at scale.

We value engineers who take responsibility, think pragmatically, and continuously look for ways to improve system reliability, operational maturity, and day-to-day production experience—both technically and operationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and evolve scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure supporting high-traffic, production systems
• Improve system performance, stability, and scalability, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks
• Own and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging, ensuring high observability standards
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments
• Work closely with engineering teams to support hands-on development, infrastructure-as-code, and platform improvements
• Embed security best practices into infrastructure and delivery workflows
• Collaborate across teams, clearly communicating technical decisions and trade-offs
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to a strong DevOps culture

Qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPCs, etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g. GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Working knowledge of Node.js / TypeScript or similar modern stacks
• Strong understanding of security principles and how to apply them in real systems
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability—you see things through
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
