Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, implement security measures, and provide guidance on security best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the security of enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities. - Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Conduct security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices. - Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats. - Manage and maintain security systems and tools. - Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. - Communicate and report on security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls and measures. - Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS). - Experience in conducting security audits and assessments. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
