職務目的(Job Purpose)
◆企業ビジネス分析部のミッション
1.グループ傷害保険・賠償保険・企業火災保険・経営保険・海上保険・スペシャリティ保険の各保険ビジネスの成長と収益の最大化をデータ面でサポートすること
2.上記に関連した様々なデータ分析を行いレポーティングすること
3.分析結果をマネジメントに報告するのみならず、経営の意思決定をデータの側面でサポートすること
◆Mission of Corporate Business Analysis Department
1. Support data for Group PA, Casualty, Commercial Property, Financial Lines, Marine, and Specialty Lines to accelerate the profitable growth.
2. Perform and report various data related to the above
3. Not only reporting the analysis results to management, but also supporting management decision-making.
職責(Job Responsibilities)
◆主な業務
1.予算作成(単年度・中長期計画)のサポート
2.上記達成のKPI策定およびモニタリング
3.企業向けビジネスの経営全般に関わるデータ分析および提案
4.分析用データベース(DWH etc.)やBIツール(Power BI etc.)を用いたデータ作成・分析
5.マネジメント層への、データ分析を用いた提案や意思決定のサポート
◆Major Job Responsibilities
1.Support for budget planning (single year / medium - to long-term planning)
2. KPI formulation and monitoring of the above achievements
3. Data analysis and proposals related to overall business management for enterprises
4. Data creation / analysis using internal analysis database (DWH etc.) and BI tool (Power BI etc.)
5. Support for proposals and decision-making using data analysis for management
