Join our ambitious team at Micron and play a key role in crafting the future of facility systems engineering. Our facility systems engineers are integral in ensuring the flawless operation and efficiency of our utility fluid supply systems, contributing to world-class plant operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Supply Capacity Management and Maintenance: Handle equipment supply capacity, optimize efficiency, and maintain high-quality utility services.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Establish maintenance standards, define frequencies, items, procedures, conduct risk assessments, and prepare contingency measures.
  • Equipment Operation: Develop operation standards, implement monitoring systems, reporting procedures, routine inspection frequencies, and abnormal execution procedures.
  • SCADA and SPC Equipment: Conduct regular audits of supply quality and make parameter adjustments as needed.
  • Support Plant Activities: Participate in plant activities or any other required activities.
  • Implementation Plans for Regulatory Audits: Develop and implement plans for successful regulatory audits.
  • Support Plant Expansion Projects: Contribute to the expansion of the Tainan plant.
  • Cross-Plant Standard Methodologies Exchange: Share established methodologies and proven approaches among various plants.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in using Office document systems.
  • Skilled in analysis and providing actionable planning report suggestions.
  • Excellent dedication and proficiency in completing tasks.
  • TOEIC score of 700 or above.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal mentorship.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in science and engineering.
  • Experience in hosting large meetings and encouraging collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and an approach that focuses on achieving great outcomes for everyone.
  • Proven experience in contractor management.
  • Ability to promptly handle on-site emergencies.
  • Experience in the operation of facility system equipment.
