Role and Responsibilities
Accenture Song is redefining how organisations connect with their customers, blending creativity, technology, and deep industry expertise to deliver transformative experiences. As part of our Management Consulting team for Sales Advisory, you’ll help clients design and implement business changes that drive customer-centric transformation, focusing on acquisition, process, and digital operating models.
You’ll work with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to solve sales and marketing related business challenges, shape strategic direction, and deliver measurable impact. The role requires a strong advisory mindset, with a focus on sales enablement and customer experience, supporting clients to achieve long-term growth.
The Role
As a CL9 Management Consultant in Song, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing medium sized teams or workstreams, either at client sites or within Accenture Song.
Identifying and assessing complex business problems, particularly those impacting customer experience, sales, acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
Designing and implementing process, people, technology and change interventions that put the customer at the centre of business transformation.
Translating customer needs and strategic objectives into actionable business solutions, leveraging Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets.
Facilitating stakeholder agreement meetings to ensure alignment and buy-in for new processes.
Executing programmes and deliverables using strong planning, communication, and training skills.
Advising clients on sales strategy, customer engagement, business & operating models and digital enablement
Supporting the diagnosis of client challenges and leading transformation initiatives from planning through to delivery.
The Candidate
We’re seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in management consulting, ideally within customer, sales, or digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex variables and identify creative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement people, process, technology and change interventions, with a customer-first mindset.
Experience translating customer needs into business solutions and driving stakeholder alignment in B2B / B2C set up
Sales advisory experience, including go-to-market strategy, sales operating model, sales enablement, acquisition campaigns. Experience with lead scoring, propensity modelling etc. will be a bonus.
Ability to act independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Experience managing teams and delivering small-medium scale transformation programmes.
