As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the application aligns with project goals and acts as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver effective software solutions that support organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and developing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation in Power Apps.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet user expectations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
