Job Description:

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for SAP Sales Professionals to join our EMEA team with specific focus in the DACH region. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales, Solutioning and Advisory professionals across the region and help new and existing clients in their digital transformation journey.

The DXC Technology Sales Organization

You will become a member of our talented DXC Technology Sales Organization in Europe. We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.

You will also work closely partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions.

On this role you will make an impact by:

  • Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logo

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the company’s SAP offerings, besides having some solid experience preferably in other areas of the ECA and SaaS offerings in the industry, to create compelling value propositions and lead customer engagement to strengthen DXC’s position vis-à-vis competition.

  • Besides deep involvement in our area of focus (SAP solutions), you will be given the opportunity to lead multi-discipline opportunities across our entire Application Services

  • With you specialized know-how in SAP solutions you will help account teams to drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory, help qualify leads into opportunities and execute qualified leads through to closure.

  • You will be an important player within our organization and will be interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models to enable further growth in the SAP space.

To be successful in the role you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • We expect you to have 7-15 years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions

  • Ideally you would have additional sales and/or sales support experience domains such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors

  • Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients

  • Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks

  • Fluent German and English
