Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. A typical day involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks associated with services. You will also provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices remain online and available, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the monitoring and reporting of service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that service delivery meets client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reporting Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to enhance service delivery. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT production systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Reporting Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
