Fortrea currently recruits a Project Coordinator to reinforce our sponsor-dedicated team in Munich.  

This role is open to junior profiles, someone who has gained a first working experience as an assistant and who is motivated to grow their knowledge in clinical research and to join an exciting and supportive working environment. Development opportunities are guaranteed and you will be able to grow your career within our CRO.

Responsibilities associated with this position: 

• Prepare documents and correspondence 
• Collate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documents 
• Assist with eTMF reconciliation 
• Updating manuals/documents (e.g., patient diaries, instructions) 
• Document proper destruction of clinical supplies. 
• Prepare Investigator trial file binders 
• Obtain translations of documents 
• Obtain, track and update study insurance certificates 
• Maintenance of tracking tools 
• Organize meetings (create & track study memos/letters/protocols) 
• Support local investigator meetings (invitations, prepare materials, select venue, support vendor where applicable 

Experience requirements: 

• A first experience as an assistant in any field (clinical research is a plus, but not a requirement) 
• A fluent level in German and very good level in English  
• Very good communication skills 
• Can-do attitude, curiosity to learn and apply your skills to a new professional field 
• Very good knowledge of MS office
