We are searching for a Warehouse & Logistics Analyst located at Fender’s Scottsdale, AZ location. The Warehouse & Logistics Analyst serves as the party responsible for development, implementation & continuous modeling of warehousing data, metrics and KPIs. Providing analytic insight to the Warehouse & Logistics team. Working closely with accounting and operations finance, the Analyst position will process, document, organize and reconcile all warehousing related costs and provide management with warehouse rate & spend estimations. The role also will support case studies, various initiatives across the supply chain, continuous improvement business cases, and collaboratively enable Fender’s Supply Chain analytics.  

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain FMIC’s Logistics & Fulfillment Dashboard to provide visibility across our warehousing network
  • Implement and enhance analytic insights for both internal and third-party warehousing solutions
  • Provide timely analytics and fact-based evaluations for the warehouse team to make strategic decisions
  • Support forecasting accuracy and communicate updates with key stakeholders
  • Develop real-time reporting to monitor progress on orders and integrate with SAP and facility WMS systems
  • Participate in and provide insights for the annual planning process
  • Facilitate warehouse strategy reporting requirements in partnership with IT/SAP support teams
  • Perform cost and performance analysis for internal and external warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with various supply chain functions to meet warehouse objectives
  • Lead special projects and perform capacity/velocity analysis for network warehouses
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or operations
  • Proficiency in SAP/BW/Tableau and experience with tier-1 WMS (Manhattan WMOS a plus)
  • Demonstrated dashboard and control tower development skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, change management experience, and effective communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs
