Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements. Provides direction and mentoring to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after action review.

The specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading Team Budget management across 3 digestive wellness brands by maintaining strong lines of communication with Brand teams and customers to ensure offline tracking and budget entry (iBOT system) are updated and accurate. This also includes new budget creation during the budget planning cycle in partnership with Brand customers.
  • Performing with excellence on deployment of go-to-market toolkits and brand 2D artwork, working with brand managers and external agencies to ensure all deployment guidelines and principles are followed for artwork, e-content, and in-store assets.
  • Acting as Vendor Management Process Owner for MSA expenses, handling goods receipt, confirming proof of performance, and when vital, initiating the purchase order process to enable projects.
  • Subject Matter Authority: Capable of onboarding to several different standardized processes and becoming the go-to person within the organization for others that are less familiar or need support.
  • Project Management: Have validated strong project management skills with a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency. Budget management experience is desirable.
  • Act As an Owner: Take ownership of the processes and help ensure that we remain stewardship compliant.

  • Experience with budget management (setting up and maintaining offline standardized trackers)
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management processes & systems (Coupa Purchase Order creation, Goods Receipt Management)

Starting Pay/Salary Range:  $74,100 - $92,650
