Summary of Role:

We are searching for an Analyst Supply Chain - Material Manager - to join the Material Management Team in Global Supply Chain (GSC). This individual will be responsible for the US region for monitoring key supply chain parameters to enable GlobalFoundries manufacturing. 

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Monitor and manage supply chain inputs including Bill of Materials, material consumption engines, and forecast variance to ensure manufacturing alignment and proactive exception handling.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (AME, Facilities, Quality, GSM, Proc-Ops) and external vendors to address supply concerns and drive innovation across planning and material management.
  • Lead crisis response efforts by initiating and coordinating a Supply Incident Response Team during geopolitical or natural disruptions, and reporting supply status through weekly heat maps at FAB daily operations meetings.
  • Enable strategic communication and planning by scheduling stakeholder meetings, tracking cost targets, and providing regular updates to sourcing teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Graduating with Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
  • Travel - Up to 10% 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills 
  • Material management experience, preferably handling direct materials in a production environment
  • Oracle ERP experience in purchasing and inventory modules

Expected Salary Range

$54,400.00 - $100,100.00
