Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Software organization. This role is located in San Diego, CA
In this role you will support all aspects of the of the software engineering lifecycle, with particular focus on automated software testing, System level 2 requirements verification, hardware/software integration, systems administration and lab management, and modeling and simulation software development. Typical work may include generating, updating, or converting automated tests across Air Vehicle, Ground Segment, and Support Segment. Preferable existing knowledge of requirements management. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, such as Systems Engineering, Real-time & Embedded Software, Test Automation, DevSecOps and Systems Test, in an Agile software development environment.

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 2 years of experience (or Master’s degree)
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (or higher) clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $1,376,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
