YOUR ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be based in our Monterrey location and will support recruitment activities across the Americas region, primarily Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

Responsibilities and duties 

• Support the Talent Acquisition team & Hiring Managers to ensure best in class recruitment processes are implemented and maintained 

• Schedule and co-ordinate all interviews  

• Serve as an on-site host for Monterrey candidates 

• Provide a superior candidate experience 

• Ensure all interview materials (agenda’s, interview questions, feedback forms) are provided to stakeholders 

• Liaise with local HR and Hiring Managers to facilitate a professional onboarding experience for all new employees 

• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed 

• Ensure the TA system is being accurately updated to reflect real time activity 

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish 

• Strong relationship builder and interpersonal skills 

• Team Player 

• Be passionate about Talent Acquisition 

• Excellent communication skills are required 

• Ability to organize work and engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines 

• Strong attention to detail
