Summary of Role:  

Central Industrial Engineering (CIE) has an opportunity for a skilled and motivated industrial engineer to join our global team.  As a member of the CIE team, you will work on factory capacity planning, factory layouts, cycle time analysis, product ramps, capital planning and process improvements.  As a member of CIE, you will work with teams at global factories to drive best practices, develop key process indicators (KPI) and lead projects across global teams.

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Manage work assignments in the CIE scope areas including factory space planning, capacity modeling, data management and capital efficiency.
  • Manage factory layouts for space efficiency and long-term growth.
  • Analyze data from global fabs to drive efficiency and coordinate best practices at each location.
  • Develop and maintain global business processes and KPIs.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.   

Required Qualifications:  

  • Education – Graduating with bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. 
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
  • Travel - Up to 10%

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience. 
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc. 
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong planning & organizational skills 
  • Background and skills in Power BI platform
  • Project Management experience

Expected Salary Range

$54,200.00 - $110,300.00
