What impact you’ll make:
As Global Supply Chain Repair Value Stream Leader, you will be key financial partner to the Repairs supply chain operations leadership team. The Repairs Value Stream consists of 11 sites across NAM, EMEA and APAC, with ~$150M operating costs and $50M capital expenditure, supporting the Services organization globally. This role will partner closely with senior operating leaders across Repairs to deliver on its financial & operational targets, driving key performance indicators including labor productivity, utilization and indirect costs per hour (utilities, supplies & tooling, maintenance).
What you’ll do
Manage, inspire and coach large direct and indirect teams fostering career growth in a collaborative team environment to develop a strong pipeline of finance talent
Partner with Ops Leaders to set Repair Value Stream specific strategy around Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) focused on driving costs & cash optimization
Lead manufacturing finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), and closing
Be able to effectively communicate operational linkages to financial variance drivers including volume, mix, program savings, foreign exchange fluctuations, and product cost out (PCO)
Leverage the Supply Chain Operation Finance COE team and predictive analytic tools to enhance finance activities, pacing accuracy and provide value-add insights to operations
Evaluate short- and long-term strategic site re-investment to ensure delivery of project level return on investment (ROI) and portfolio level financial targets
Effectively communicate operational risks and opportunities and translation to impact on financials and KPIs, and drive containment actions with key stakeholders
Drive culture of LEAN and standardization across Global Supply Chain (GSC) delivering high impact financial analytics and controls that drives operational accountability
Provide insights and transparency to actual costs to Services organization, aligning site roadmap to develop pipeline to improve or control total cost per unit and bill rates
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Demonstrated domain expertise in supply chain finance
Leadership experience managing, coaching and influencing direct and indirect teams
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent knowledge or experience
Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including US GAAP, standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
What will make you stand out
Prior knowledge of manufacturing system ERPs (i.e. SAP, Oracle, BAAN) and digital and automation tools such as Tableau, RPA
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with results-oriented mindset demonstrating ability to influence peers across multiple functions and regions

Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
