Job Description:

  • Process all types of billings (renewal, modal, pro-rata, supplementary, reinstatement) with 99% accuracy and following the agreed TAT
  • Attends and provides prompt response to phone and email inquiries of clients and intermediaries within the timeline indicated below. Immediately escalates cases which are beyond the authority.
  • Attend to all client engagements specifically for Renewal Negotiations, Policy Administration and Complaints handling all year round
  • Provide recommendation on policy-level changes and special administration arrangements within an agreed timeline.
  • Complete assigned projects and submit regular reports following agreed timeline

  • Adept in working with numbers.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal skills; good communication skills; team player; high tolerance for stress; flexible; attentive to details.
  • Good attendance and punctuality record.
