1. Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) professional specializing in Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across TA operations. You will be responsible for optimizing systems, processes, and vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and risk control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about improving talent acquisition infrastructure and programs.


2. Your Responsibilities
a/ Operational Reporting & Data Processing
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track TA performance metrics.
•    Manage performance metrics and reporting with accuracy.
•    Analyze trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
•    Act as a system SME for Workday and ATS platforms.
b/ Process & Guideline Management
•    Design, document, and continuously improve TA processes and SOPs.
•    Ensure alignment with global and local compliance standards.
•    Provide guidance and training to TA team members on process adherence.
•    Manage and enhance employee referral programs to boost internal engagement.
c/ Market Insight Update & Maintenance
•    Gather regular market research to stay informed on talent trends and benchmarks.
•    Maintain a repository of market insights to support strategic workforce planning.
•    Share relevant updates with stakeholders to inform sourcing strategies.
Risk & Control 
•    Monitor and manage compliance-related activities within TA operations.
•    Determine appropriate workflows, documentation standards, and traceability methods.
•    Partner with Risk and Control teams to ensure GRACE items are addressed and documented.
d/ Vendor & Contract Management
•    Oversee relationships with external recruitment vendors and platforms.
•    Manage contracts, renewals, and performance evaluations.

Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.


3. Your Skills and Experience
a/ Required Skills
•    Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, PowerPoint or similar).
•    Deep understanding of TA systems (Workday, ATS platforms).
•    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
•    Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor governance.
b/ Experience
•    7+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, with a focus on operational excellence.
•    Strong analytical thinking to identify and solve problems
•    Proven experience managing systems, vendors, and process improvement initiatives.
•    Familiarity with global TA practices and local labor market dynamics.
•    Experience in training delivery and program management is a plus.
