Responsibilities:

• Monitor operations to ensure that the production plan is followed to meet standards to achieve optimum productivity of targets (QKI, FTBY, SU, and SE).

• Make sure product meets qualitative and quantitative specifications as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures and escalate any deviations or irregularities that do not meet required standard immediately.

• Accurately document shift operations throughout production as per Standard Operating Procedures and SAP (where applicable).

• Make sure proper shift handover relating to breakdowns, products, safety by documenting in the communication logbook.

• Apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements always and escalate any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Matric.

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as a team.

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Computer literacy and includes a basic understanding of excel.
