Job Description

The Associate Offer Specialist is responsible for helping the Service Offer Management bring new lifecycle service offerings to market that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for our company through service design, development, launch and maintenance. This includes managing the maintenance and development of lifecycle service offers; managing the maintenance and development of service quote tools; gathering and prioritizing service product and customer requirements; defining the product vision; and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions.

A preferred candidate is a self-starter, creative and highly analytical, easily adaptable to new processes and ways of working to meet our customers' ever-changing needs. They must also be able to influence decision makers and ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.


Basic Requirements

Major duties & responsibilities of the Services Offer Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s product lines and support policies as well as service offerings and their impact on our customers and market as a whole

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the company as it relates to lifecycle service offers

  • Act as the liaison between product groups and lifecycle service consultants

  • Help to maintain global lifecycle services portfolio

  • Help to maintain and develop service quote tools

  • Deliver training for lifecycle services offer portfolio

  • Work with Offer Manager to manage lifecycle communications and updates to services and all material

  • Maintain service mapping and finance models

  • Monitor and report services adoption

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel is a strong plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros

  • Experience in business case development for offer management or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present business cases to senior management effectively.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
