Learn more about what makes us different and how you can make your mark as a Relationship Manager at Tribridge Partners, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company.

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).

A day in the life.

As our Relationship Manager on the Retirement Consulting team, you’ll spend a good part of your day in RPAG, running investment review scorecards and making sure the data is accurate and ready for client discussions. You’ll partner closely with co-advisors to review investment scores, dig into watchlist activity, and complete investment mapping analysis. When needed, you’ll also work with the team to review B3 and any supporting benchmarking materials. As you support your assigned client block, you’ll pull together the key presentation materials that keep fiduciary reviews running smoothly, like the meeting agenda, a clear summary of investment changes, meeting notes, and updated investment scorecards. You’ll then bring those materials to life by presenting them in client fiduciary review meetings and making sure decisions and next steps are captured. After each meeting, you’ll wrap up by creating and assigning follow-up action items in SalesForce, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High school diploma

  • Must be extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Proficiency using Teams, SalesForce, FieldNet, DocuSign, RPAG, and Planned Solutions, as well as  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Don’t be shy. If you’re close, we’d be very interested in meeting you.
