We are looking for a Frontend or Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Bucharest IHUB team!

💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 14.400 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.  In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

This role is part of the IT Engineering job family and the focus falls on developing, testing, and maintaining software to enhance business operations. It translates system requirements and user stories into robust, supportable designs of code for the product or application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using React, and JavaScript (FE) and Python (BE)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in compliance with enterprise requirements.
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
• Maintaining code integrity, including data security and privacy compliance.
• Be part of the Team that handles L2-L4 operation support of the solution and also works ongoing improvements
• Leverage SRE & observability solutions to drive down incident rate.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field
• English language fluency both in speaking and writing
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (FE) and Python (BE); if you are ‘full stack’ we also expect good Python knowledge.
• Familiar with frontend technologies (e.g. React, Angular)
• Good understanding of responsive design principles
• Basic understanding of DEVOPS solutions (Docker, GitHub, CICD pipelines)
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication & collaboration skills.
