We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead our FrontInvest and ICX platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that fuel growth and innovation. This pivotal role also involves managing relationships with key vendors, including BlackRock, ensuring platform functionality delivers an optimal client experience, and maintaining and expanding the product backlog. You will play a crucial role in the development and expansion of ICX dashboards and other key features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key vendors, including BlackRock, ensuring Neuberger’s needs are met

  • Ensure that Client facing platforms deliver an optimal client experience, meeting and exceeding user expectations

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and key milestones for Client technology projects

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure technology solutions align with the product vision and client requirements

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality product features and updates.

  • Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation that can enhance our product offering

  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the products deliver exceptional value and superior user experiences

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with proven experience managing B2B SaaS products. Experience with financial services platforms is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with key clients, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies

  • Experience with Front Invest, Investment Cafe, or similar financial services platforms is a plus

  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization and analytics is a plus

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$165,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
