Basic Function

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform as well as designing, implementing, and managing S-Docs and DocuSign templates within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your contributions will enhance our document management processes and improve our overall efficiency. 

The incumbent is responsible for Business Systems which primarily include but is not limited to Salesforce Health Cloud. The incumbent will perform systems application support to support patient programs, troubleshooting / major incident management, quality assurance, and other general system administrator functions.

Nature and Scope

  • Respond to end user questions and concerns providing timely responses to all requests.  Liaise with SHN departments and champion data integrity, application changes and upgrades.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all SHN parties requesting the creation or editing of Template requests within Salesforce

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and data management. 
  • Customize Salesforce applications, create and manage reports and dashboards, and implement automation tools like Process Builder and Workflow Rules. 
  • Design and implement S-Docs templates for various business needs, ensuring compliance with company standards and branding. 
  • Customize S-Docs functionality to meet specific business requirements, including advanced formatting and dynamic content generation. 
  • Work closely with Salesforce to integrate S-Docs solutions with existing Salesforce objects, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. 
  • Create and manage DocuSign templates, including the use of DocuSign tags and Salesforce merge fields to ensure dynamic data population. 
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components to enhance DocuSign functionality within Salesforce. 
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations and templates to ensure reliability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. 
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure effective use of the system. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to identify needs and optimize workflows. 
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for users, and create documentation for processes and procedures. 
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their impact on the organization and managing necessary updates. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator certification required). 
  • Proven experience with S-Docs and Salesforce integration. 
  • Proven experience using Docusign eSignature for Salesforce. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models. 
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creation and maintenance of S-Docs templates. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) is a plus.
