Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Provide guidance and support to project team members. - Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of Full time education is required.
