Lead Store Associate 

Type of Work: Full-Time 
Shift Availability:
Open availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$15.00/hr
Location: 2 E 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534

What You’ll Do: 

As a Lead Store Associate, you will assist the Management team in the daily operations of the store. In this role you will have outstanding people skills, lead by demonstrating consultative selling techniques, and maintain a strong energetic presence on the sales floor. You will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include people leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing. Your focus on creating a guest centric environment by training, coaching, and developing team members helps build great experiences for team members and guests.  

Who You Are:

  • Sales driven and goal focused.
  • Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Associates.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members. 
  • A great multitasker with impeccable decision-making skills.
  • Excellent in communicating effectively with team members and guests.
  • Someone who takes initiative and is a team player.
  • You have strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations.
  • You are willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • You must be accurate with counts and must be proficient with basic math skills.
