Senior Financial Analyst - Managed Print Services
Description -
Responsibilities:
- Provides the most complex financial analysis for the Managed Device Services Organization in Americas, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Consults with the Workforce Services and Solutions (WSS) and Global Services and Solutions (GSS) business leaders to guide and influence long- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
- Provides monthly forecast to a set of high profile / strategic customer accounts ensuring that risks are covered, and the account remains profitable throughout the life of the overall contract, interacting first-hand with the business.
- Execute Month End Close activities
- Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that could lead to a positive impact to the PS Services Americas team and ensures that all processes are consistent with the compliance controls.
- Being able to conduct Asset Impairment Reviews and other MOC meetings from a portfolio of accounts.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in finance or accounting is required. An advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) is strongly preferred.
- Typically, 6-10 years of experience as a financial analyst. Experience supporting a services business unit or company is strongly desired.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- P&L knowledge, specific to the Services business - all components (Hardware, Services, Carepacks)- and business models (Annuity, DaaS, T&M).
- General Balance Sheet Knowledge & Technical Accounting. Can identify issues on B/S and design a plan to solve them.
- Strongly preferred to have general Leasing knowledge. Should be capable of understanding how leasing variances impact account profitability.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, feeling comfortable presenting to high level executives and answering questions.
- Good influencing skills to drive business decisions.
- Superior business application skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, WEBI, S4 HANA, PowerBI, etc.).
- Superior teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Excellent project management skills.
