Who you are:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation and execution of SCM procedures, processes, and policies.

  • Offer guidance and direction on SCM practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Design and deliver training programs, including orientation and onboarding for procurement operations.

  • Identify process gaps and spearhead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manage change communication and training activities related to the implementation of new or updated SCM policies.

  • Lead SCM assessments, address non-compliance events, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.

  • Manage the Early Payment Discount program.

  • Manage the Governance webpage and respond to questions and other activities throughout the day.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field, and at least four years of experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, or a similar area.

  • Individuals who can think logically, assess process gaps, and document improvements.

  • Capable of guiding cross-functional teams and possessing strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Negotiators with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a SCM-related professional certification (e.g., PMAC or ISM).

  • Experience in the Procure to Pay processes.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Procurement and Change Management.

  • Knowledge of procurement contracting controls and internal financial controls related to SOX compliance.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
