Job Overview

Clinical Administrative Assistant I, Remote based in the United States

Provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support for a Clinical Pharmacology business unit or department

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative support and related duties which are broad, varied, and often of a complex/confidential manner such as scheduling appointments, data entry, completing Expense Reports, composes/types correspondences with sites.
  • Helping with resourcing and study alignment.
  • Oversee integration of CTMS systems.
  • Oversee/create internal newsletter.
  • Supporting Vendor Management
  • Coordinates and assists with various meetings/minutes (e.g., Management-Staff Meeting, Operations Meeting, etc.).
  • Supports department’s efforts on scheduling activities.
  • Maintains departmental files including but not limited to training files, client contract files, and project files.
  • Document Management
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Associate degree.
  • Additional experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Requires unquestionable customer service skills, meticulousness, and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., word processing, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with many interruptions.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years in an administrative support role.
  • Knowledge of science or a scientific background is preferred.
  • Innovative and able to change.
  • Work with others.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Must be able to see and hear.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard for up to 6 hours per day.
  • Overtime and weekend work as required.
  • Potential travel for cross-site support needs or external training needs

Pay Range: 50,000k – 60,000k USD
